After 3 straight weekends of terrible weather it was time for a good wash. I could actually see the salt glistening off my fender before I started and the back of my trunk felt like sandpaper. These are a few shots taken with my newest toy - A Nikon D40 SLR. For those into photography, they were taken with the 18-55mm kit lens in RAW and postprocessed in Lightroom. I used a wide open aperature in a few shots to limit the depth of field. So yes, the blurred background is intended.
